Ugh!!!

Ok well I am now having issues with getting this current blog to accept my html codes for a 3 column blog.  So it looks like I am going to be changing to an all new blog.  So I guess once it is up I will leave a link on this on so you all will know where to go.  I didn't know this was going to be such a pain in the butt.  Keep checking back.  Oh you will noticed that there are no links to anywhere....because when I tried to change the html it told me I had to get rid of my widgets and guess what....I had a major brain fart and said ok before I saved my link urls.  So now I have to go find them all again.....Yeah Me!!!

As of right now none of my freebies are available for download, because of rumors of 4shared being hacked.  I am not sure if I will continue with 4shared or not.  I am still in the process of getting my new page done.  I will keep everyone updated.

Just Checking in...

I am re-doing everything. And when I say everything I mean everything. My blog, my freebies, my scrapbooking habits...everything. I am contemplating changing my site name, but I am not coming up with anything good. And why fix something if it is not broke...right? That will probably be the only thing that stays the same. But I am in need of a major change, I am kinda in a designers funk. I have been creating and I have made over 200 cu papers...and some other things. But I when I try to put a kit together I get nothing. I have been downloading a ton of kits from other sites and I have noticed that it is time to buy an EHD. Not only that but my DVD-rom drive has decided to quit working...and the only way to fix it is to format my computer. So I need that EHD really quickly. I was checking my folders and I have over 50 G's of just scrapbook kits that are from other designers. That is not including all of my kits, layouts and photos. So I told the hubby he was taking my shopping next week. Also I have plans to build myself a craft corner in my dining room. Well it will be more like a craft wall. Right now my tiny desk is in the living room and there is no room to do anything and it is very uncomfortable. I have other plans underway also, but I am keeping those secret, but I will tell you that I will be opening an ETSY account hopefully before the holidays, but if not it will definitely be around the beginning of the year. Also....I will be taking down what freebies are in here and revamping some of them. It will be over time, so if you still want something be sure to download it now before it is to late, because once they are gone they will be gone forever. And once I have every thing down, my 4shared site will be closed. I haven't decided if I want to stay with 4shared or not, I have be exploring some options. And all the new freebies will only be available for a short time. And I am changing my terms. Don't worry things are going to be great. Ok well I need to get some things done. I will keep you updated.

Are you ready for some....

FOOTBALL!!!! Well we are getting geared up for the season to start. Mike is a Senior this year and is playing Running Back and Linebacker. They just got their pictures taken and I thought I would share. I can't believe my baby is almost done with high school. It makes me kinda sad. I actually cried on the boys first day watching them get on the bus. Ryan is a Freshman this year so I still have him for a few more years. But I am having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that my baby is either going in the Navy or if lucky enough to get a scholarship for Football, will be going to play college ball. But this year is going to be fun. I am sure I will be sharing tons about Mike's senior year. Ok I gotta make sure they are up. Bus will be here in 1/2 hr.

Wow

I was cleaning up my profile and adding a new picture and noticed that I have, been blogging for 4 years. Well at least that is what it says in my profile. For some reason that doesn't seem entirely right. Wow. 4 years. It has gone by sooooooooo fast. And that goes to show how bad of a blogger I am. There should be thousands of posts in here by now and nope, there's not. So I have decided that I am going to spruce up the place...again. I need a fresh look and new content. Not just scrappy designs and layouts. I haven't figured out what I am going to do yet but it will come to me...lol Hope everyone has a bright, sun shiny day!!!

Big Week

This is a big week in our little home. Mike and Ryan actually start school on Friday. Can you believe that? I can't...lol Mike is a Senior this year and Ryan a Freshman. They have been keeping momma very busy. Mike is our Football player and Ryan has taken up interest in Band, so between practices for both of them and getting them ready for the beginning of school, I am wore out. But I am also excited because this means I am going to have a ton of free time now to do more designing and making layouts. I feel really bad because I feel like I have been neglecting my wonderful followers. I appreciated you sticking with me through everything and I promise I will be sharing more here really soon.

New Hair Cut

Well I went and did it. I had about 20 inches of my hair cut off. You should have seen the pile of hair on the floor. And I didn't cry...lol Next week I am getting it colored. Something I haven't done in years. Hopefully then I won't see any more stray grays...lol The hubby seems to like it, which is a very good thing. Now if people would just quit thinking that I am my sons age, we would be good.

Smith County Owls Parent Performance 09

This year my youngest son Ryan has decided to participate in Band. He is in the drum line playing the bass drum. Today was the first parent performance. I have a couple of videos to share. They are not very good because I took them with my digital camera and not a video camera, hopefully I can get my hands on a video camera soon(I also have to video my oldest son Mike's football games). But still I think they did really well. We can wait to see them perform at half-time at their first game. This year they are honoring Stevie Wonder.
The first video they are playing Very Superstitious, the second is Don't you worry 'bout a thing, and the last video is the drumline playing Kadence. Enjoy!!!
